As a travel and hospitality industry professional, Mr. Ghassan Aridi wears many different hats. He is the Founder of Alpha Tours, Dubai; Consultant of Marta Consulting; A member of numerous Government tourism and development advisory boards, and a leading travel and tourism correspondent in global media channels. The various posts and designations Mr. Aridi holds are credentials that establish him as a leading, internationally-recognized Destination & Tourism Management pioneer.

Mr. Aridi has his own internationally acknowledged award winning successes, and leads a team that prides themselves on their hard earned reputation for professionalism and experience in the successful development of all areas within aviation, leisure and MICE travel, tourism development and investment industries. With over 30 years of experience in the Middle East travel industry, Ghassan is recognized today as a leading travel and tourism correspondent and has contributed to many international media publications and programs for broadcasting organizations including CNN, MBC, Al Jazeera, CNBC Arabia and BBC. He also sits on many advisory panels on several Government tourism boards, including the Government of Dubai's Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Mr. Aridi's wealth of experience and knowledge has proven to be a valuable asset to the continued development of travel and tourism for governments and investment growth alike. As an industry stalwart, his contributions have been invaluable and innumerable.

Nabil Azar
Finance Director

Nabil Azar has 15 years of experience in the management consulting industry, including strategic planning for tourism development, tourism promotion, hotel and real estate development and operation, theme park development, international business development , licensing rights, mergers and acquisitions, companies valuation, feasibility studies, financial planning and budgeting.

Mr. Azar holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik - USEK.

Tanja Carter
Director

International business leader with over 35 years of experience leveraging clients unique resources to create economic opportunities.
Focus areas include regional tourism strategy, public/private partnerships and investor relations as well as international market entry strategy for branded goods and services.

Keystone programs include developing local government tourism policy and implementation strategies, securing international hospitality licensing contracts, destination representation and marketing for regional governments on five continents as well as international market entry strategy for publicly traded multinational corporations.

Facundo Illescas Arana

Facundo Illescas Arana is part of our team in Spain. With Marie Van Der Gucht, they have been the founders of Unique Marbella, the first private concierge company in Andalusia. In addition to being a recognized professional in the field of luxury services for companies and V.I.P. personalities, he has more than 20 years of experience in real estate businesses on the Costa del Sol, having specialized in the acquisition, advice and sale of properties in the exclusive city. of Marbella.
Mr. Illescas Arana finished his studies as a lawyer at the U.N.M.D.P. - Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Marie comes from the French tourism industry and creates one of the first concierge services company in Marbella (Spain) after some years working in Marbella. The success of her missions during this last ten years is the fruit of meticulous work and invests in serving and promoting an impeccable quality of service. The listening, the autonomy, the desire to transmit emotion and the desire to live a challenging adventure in a community are essential.More than on know-how she focuses on know-now. Mrs. Van Der Gucht holds a Master degree in Marketing and Management in the tourism industry in Paris in France.
